I am having a job gap of 3 years.I am preparing myself to land job again so i am gathering information about it as much as possible.

If you/anyone you know have been through this situation, could you let me how you/them have approached the situation.

what would you think is the best approach to explain it and what will help us landing a job.

Someone suggested me to fake an experience but I am still skeptical about it.
