Downloading DRM protected HLS content

Hey guys, does any one have idea on how do we download a DRM protected HLS content using the m3u8 file? I was trying to download from a “renowned” money grabber but couldn’t do so because of the protection. Please reply or ping me if any one have knowledge about it.

tarun98 Doesn’t matter… There are many sites with the same technology to stream videos. One method of download will work for all. If you know of a method, please let us know.

Name the site, as different site using different encryption DRM, some use as simple as clearkey drm and some as advance as widevine drm.

johncater Dear Sir, widevine DRM don’t use HLS + M3u8 playlist. They use the MPEG-DASH streaming (MPDs).
