You can make multiple rdps using the same number. No need for VoIP as they are banned by Microsoft.

EDIT: For other things use textnow/2nd line/GoDaddy Smartline.

Download the RDP client (pc, android, ios). Once the client opens, click on “subscribe with url”. Enter the below URL (LINK) and log in.
