Not sure but if you have good working exp try for remote-hybrid roles(occasional visit to the country). In some of them if you pay taxes in a foreign country then that counts towards your stay. Like (not sure) Sweden gives PR if you have stayed and paid taxes for 4 years. I personally prefer countries from the EU or EEA due to Shenzhen VISA which allows traveling between various countries even before getting PR.
