This is nothing but the parent folder where a major uploader puts all his uploads.
Since this folder is public now, many courses/files go offline every now and then, so by the time you have downloaded 29 GB out of 50, the remaining 21 GB are gone and you’re left a bag holder of unfinished digital crap.
This folder is good to check once in a while, but shouldn’t be used to hoard.
