Need something DMCA resilient with good CDN, and that doesn’t have bandwidth restrictions. You will however require crowdfunding since such storage boxes are not cheap.
Also, since your bandwidth is being consumed aggressively, might I recommend 20GB max/user/week? I have seen people requesting 100+ GBs with one request, followed by another set of requests.
