Hey everyone, so i want to create a paypal business account from Pakistan but as you know paypal is not avalable in Pak, but i have USA/UK passport PSD so i can edit them and i can create an account but, the issue is whenever i create an account from USA or UK “Using a premium VPN”
I got this Limitation before the document submission step > “Because of potential risk exposure, we’ve permanently limited your account. You’ll no longer be able to use the account for any transactions.”
If anybody know how to resolve it, it’s will be very great for me
Also I tried to create an account usin Philippines signup but when i submit the documents i got the same error
