HOW MOVE STRONG NOW WORKS.
Move Strong Now is a 3-month (90 day) program. Each month, your program changes to progress your movements and exercise variation as you grow stronger and more mobile.
Month 1
The first month of Move Strong Now is all about building a strong base with foundational stretches + movements.
Month 2
The second month starts to build up your body’s resilience through more potent mobility exercises and more challenging strength movements.
Month 3
Your last month is when we turn it up a notch. More complex movements along with strength exercises that actually improve flexibility at the same time!
Each month is broken down into 3 training days. You can train as little as 3 days a week or as much as 6. We let you determine your schedule based on how much you want to train.
