Create a bootable Drive or Disk of that windows (e.g windows 8.1, windows 10 etc.)
Run it when the system want to boot, you can press Del, F1, F2, keys to go to BIOS settings and run from the drive.
Now click on “Install Now”
Go to “Repair you computer >> Troubleshoots >> Advanced options >> Command prompt” in ccommand prompt type the following strings;
$ c:
$ cd windows
$ cd system32
$ ren utilman.exe utilman_bak.exe
$ copy cmd.exe utilman.exe
$ exit
Now Reboot your computer
In the input password area so you can press the “shift key five(5) times” or click on “ease to do in the bottom left corner”
You will see a cmd which is also known as DOS pop up. Now type this code in cmd which is also known as DOS Type ;
$ control userpasswords2
You will get user account and hit to reset password. You can now type your new password and click on ok. Now type your new password in the password area.
Revert the pc. To revert the changes in your pc.
Go to c: >> window >> system32 >> utilman >> " Double click for properties >> security >> Advanced >> change permission >> check name and click on Ok >> Ok >> Apply.
Select user and and hit “Edit” now mark all "full controls, modify, read & execute, read, write.
Click Apply >> Ok.
