Go to https://www.spoofcard.com/ and register there for a free account.
Remember to insert the Victim’s mobile number in the “Phone number” field during registration.
Complete registration and confirm your email ID and then log in to your account. Click on “Direct WebCall”.
You will arrive at the page where you will get the “Enter a number” box, select your country and any mobile number (you can enter yours). Now, simply hit the “Call Now” button to call your friend with his number.
