PrisonMike Hi bro. You might need to tag the admin using “@” or atleast reply to a post by the admin to let the admin see you message.
Edit: You can post a request thread using the “start a discussion” button on homepage. Usually, such posts often require verification from admin. So the admin will definitely help you (if they know the process)
