Maybe use an adblock before u click on the links, also I know some links have a GB limit. I had to wait 24h before I could download part2 of a course for example. Also, one last thing, don’t waste time with “After effects Kickstart”, it’s a useless course, find a YouTube After Effects beginner tutorial and it will be way better.
