Mimic Protocol — Why You Should Turn This On
Your ISP can usually tell you’re using a VPN. They can’t see what you’re doing, but they know you’re tunneling traffic through something. Some ISPs throttle VPN connections just because they can.
Mimic protocol fixes that. It disguises your VPN traffic to look like regular HTTPS browsing. Your ISP sees normal web traffic — not a VPN connection.
How to enable it:
Open AVG Secure VPN
Go to Settings → Protocol
Select Mimic
Connect
Now your ISP doesn’t even know you’re on a VPN. You’re just another person “browsing the web.”
