Steps
Step 1 — Connect VPN to South Korea before opening anything.
Step 2 — Go to chatgpt.com and create a fresh account with a new email — never used on OpenAI before.
Step 3 — Go to Settings → Upgrade to Plus. Select the $20/month plan.
Step 4 — Enter a generated card from the BIN above. Use any random address but set ZIP to 38001.
Step 5 — If declined, generate another card. Try 3–5 before switching approaches.
Step 6 — Cancel before the billing cycle renews.
Trick: The Korean gateway only needs a valid-looking card + the right ZIP. Address fields are filler — street, city, state can be anything. ZIP 38001 is what routes it through the Korean processor that skips 3D Secure.
