OpenAI gives you $50,000 in free API credits if you do one thing in settings.

It’s called the Data Sharing Program. No free trial exists for the API. But this does.

Go to your OpenAI Dashboard → Data Controls → Sharing. Opt in.

You get $50,000 in credits for their latest models or 2.5 million tokens for the rest.

Check Your Account…..

You can check your own account as well. If the offer is available on your account, then you can go ahead and use it.

Thanks for sharing, but this post is somewhat misleading.

OpenAI’s Data Sharing Program does not generally give users $50,000 in API credits just for enabling data sharing. According to OpenAI’s documentation, some eligible API organizations may receive limited free daily token usage when they opt in to share data, but eligibility depends on the account and usage tier.

It’s best to check the official OpenAI documentation and your own dashboard rather than assuming that all accounts qualify for such an offer.
