I have successfully installed the software and also copy the bin and pl9 to the installation folder. But when i open the software it open the app and at top it displays initializing and then crash the application. Is there any work around. Earlier it was working fine but when i format my system and install again it is showing this error . I am using Windows 11(24H2) (OS Build 26100.2605)

Adisingh1997 Chk your antivirus. Antiviruses tends to detect the PL9.exe file as a virus, and quarantine it; as it bipasses the Hardware Key Requiremnt. Create an exception in your antivirus software.

I have done the same, and it’s working fine for me, since then. I use QuickHeal and Macafee, across two systems.

Adisingh1997 I have no antivirus installed in my system. There is only Windows Defender in which i have make an exclusion for GeoVision Folder and Also PL9 file. It just crashes the application.

Here is the log.txt data which gets generated.

C:/GeoVision/PL9/Options/op2000.l1

If anyone could help me that would be very helpful.

I’m having the same issue, and it’s an incompatibility issue with Windows 11 (24H2). I haven’t found any workaround yet

Adisingh1997 Works absolutely fine with windows 10. I had the same issue. This is some win 11 issue.

Update : I tried to use this software on a different windows installation (Win 10) and it is working. this is definitely an issue with the latest update on windows 11.

Try to use windows 10 for a seamless experience. Jai baba ki
