Hello, Hacksnation Community 🙋
I’m learning Full-Stack WebDev and Web3Dev too as they kinda fall together but I know still, they are different in terms of tech stacks and other stuff. I’m also doing DSA with JAVA.
Guide me with these two things if possible please :

1. What projects should I build like just give me some project hints, not complete ideas though just some hints on projects to grab a good job offer.?
2. What should be the best approach to start with Web3 development and should I be networking heavily on Twitter or LinkedIn to make a sort of branding for myself and will it help me with jobs or other perks?

🙇

Logiic Q1: Some sort of EComm site is one good for your portfolio on the Web Dev side. Q2: Yes start building genuine and valuable relationships now while you learn so that when the “ask” comes it feel natural. There are some free communities you can join like 100Devs. Also post what you are learning that also gets attention and you never know who is following your progress. Good luck.

as Ginbro mentioned posting your work could help a lot immensely ether it’s on twitter(real-life ex is Animators post their work there and some anime companies in japan hire them to work)/youtube/instagram/github or any other. Just post there, people will sometimes mock you for what are you doing and some may help you.

If you are not able to learn from a specific course(for ex: the teacher teaches too fast or skips over some major topics) then you could check this out: https://roadmap.sh/ it helps immensely even with the ongoing courses too.

If you are low on time I would really recommend using a second brain(Notion/Obsidian don’t worry it will take less than 30-40 mins to learn but shit this will make your life much much easier) or making a notes copy that would help you memorize and revise the notes you make any time.

If I said something wrong please feel free to shout at me and correct me and please keep this thread going thanks.

Ginbro Ayy!! Thanks a lot, brother will keep these in mind. Definitely gonna start doing the networking part. Do you know about more communities other than 100devs? 🙇

JuStIn_BiRbL Thanks a lot man for this and yes I’m checking the roadmaps out right now it’s really detailed and well explained. Gonna try Notion for making notes. I’ve time in my hands though right now so I’ll just give this my all. Thanks again 🙇

Logiic Sorry not off the top of my head however, on Twitter, start following people in tech and tech recruiters that way you will start getting tech spaces and posts in your feed. You can then join these spaces and actually speak to recruiters and other Devs directly. You can start finding communities from there. Also make sure your Twitter profile is cleaned up and optimised to look professional when approaching people so that they take you seriously.

Can Anyone suggest good practical course for WebDev. I have currently applied for Meta frontend from coursera and waiting for its approval. Any suggestions? Thanks

**TL;DR: Can everyone please help to consolidate value-packed gem courses of Web3 development, smart contract auditing, or security-related **
Hey, can anyone upload any Web3 development, smart contract auditing, or security-related course which are updated and highly accurate, and relevant to current market standards such as Rareskills(https://www.rareskills.io/), Whiteboardcrypto (https://whiteboardcrypto.com/), Web3Learn(https://www.web3learn.io/), SmartContractHacking(https://smartcontractshacking.com/), And also I would like to ask developers of this forum on why did he remove bookmark feature? I had many golden threads saved in bookmarks of which I can’t recall the exact keywords to search them. Also can anyone please add value gems courses thread on web3 and smart contract security courses? I know I am a newbiee on this forum and have not contributed much, but to be honest, this forum page’s quality has been decreasing as the ratio of contributor/consumer is going down.
