hey guys, i don’t know how but i just got hacked. It all just happened all of a sudden. I didn’t download anything lately but i guess all my chrome saved passwords got leaked, I’ve been receiving emails that someone is trying to access my accounts from all over the world Spain, Netherlands, USA…. Idk how it happened if someone please can help. I am suspecting a streaming website “https://myflixer.to/” its the only website that have pop up ads i guess one of them was a malware. How can I check?

    Use a ad-blocker. Use Brave if possible. Its free also has inbuilt ad blocker and looks and works just like chrome or you can librewolf browser.
    Now change the passwords of all accounts.
    If you are gonna use Brave then use any passowrd manager offline or online( I use dashlane it has its extension so u can add it) and put ur passwords there whenever need just look at it

    How can I make my pc secure now?

    I heard that I have to delete everything and do a new window.But I don’t want to go through all that. Is there any other solution?

    You should switch to Macbook or install a Linux OS such as Ubuntu or something in your laptop.

      needurhelp dont panic!! it looks like it is an adware.
      if you are using windows then update your antivirus most probably you have turned it off. update it and perform a full system scan.. if nothing found then check your browser setting if it is switched to an specific URL or not.. if still face any problem then reset your windows. Be aware of popups and links you click.. what ever you download first scan it thats why they are made.. Enjoy
