Ater signing up, your Paypal is now set!

Now go to wallet link a credit/debit card

Use this:

➣ DATE: 01/24 or 10/25

➣ CVV: RND

Now, if you get a response like this: “This card is linked to another Paypal account”, just change your credit card, trial, and error until you get one.

If you get a response like this: “Your account is limited, please go to resolution center”, if you get this response, follow the steps below!

➣ Open any VPN that has PH IP

➣ Retry the steps above

NOTE: Every time you get a Paypal account with CC attached and you want to create another account, just disconnect to the VPN and reconnect to PH IP, thus problem solved.

        after registration it said “Pls enter the OTP sent to mobile number”. How do i deal with this?

          leonine1989 You won’t be able to get access using this method. Instead, make a new Paypal ac and verify your ac using a temp number. This works most of the time.

              leonine1989 Temp number sites work most of the time. Try Quackr.io or other sites.
