hananeb You did not answer my question. How do I help, then? For my case, I called the CS of PayPal. Tell them what issue I have been facing. I used PayPal as payment for my digital product. At first, they suspended my account, even though my account is old enough. The reason is that this is the first time I have done a transaction. So I will have to fill out some paperwork. It only takes less than 30 minutes to unsuspend my account by calling PayPal customer service.
They ask: 1. Where do you sell your product? 2. What product do you sell?. Just answer their queries honestly if your products are legit (legal).
