I’ll give you a tip:
mouseover the link. normally you should now see a preview at the bottom left of the browser where the link really goes. You should always do this with external links in public space before you click on a link. unless you want your computer to be redirected to some site and get infected or scammed.
I don’t know why they are not blocked, but you will find these comments in almost every post
