You can definitely learn so much in a month if you just invest an hour a day. And if you are sure after a month that it is good then you can get it for the whole year.
The USD 60 a year is their best discounted offer and is not available at the moment, maybe they will offer it again during Black Friday. Their current pricing is USD 149 a year.
