Hi! I being an Inner Engineering Graduate, would like to put down my 2 cents of thought.
Please donot go for the downloaded course. If you are genuinely interested, go for the paid version of the course. Inner Engineering is just the trailer and is all wisdom. But to realise and digest that wisdom, you need to experience the ultimate, which is Sambhavi Mahamudra Kriya. And you cannot enroll for Sambhavi, till you don’t purchase and complete Inner Engineering Course.
So, just listening to Inner Engineering will not be fruitful, without Shambhavi Mahamudra Kriya.
PS: For Shambhavi Mahamudra Kriya, initiation is done personally by Sadhguru himself; physically at Ashram or online. So it cannot be copied or downloaded.
