As z library website is down, you need to access it through Tor browser.
download tor browser
go to Electronic library. Download books free. Finding books
sign up account and confirm the mail
search for the book and download it in favorite format.
Note: even gumroad books are available. I checked some links like doglapan and trading books. They are available.
