Yes … because of Ad placement.

But you can scroll by clicking on “original post” for the top post and on “Now” for the last reply (Scroll bar will be fixed in some days )

I think it’s only your problem … everyone has their 2 scroll bar (1st browser scroll bar and the 2nd one is default site one )

For normal members, the edit feature is available for only 10 minutes after the post creation. It will upgraded on the forum helper Role (for more trusted users).
