        Preactivated tools are little safe …. cracked means we have to crack them using some activators, keygens. When you download some cracked software the site also gives you some instructions to install it but in preactivated you just have to run it.

        NOTE - BOTH ARE NOT TOTALLY SAFE.

        It’s not totally legal to crack or distribute cracked software.
