not working… i mean whenever i press install office it just shows me that I have skype business as assigned by admin
okie It only works in the browser. If you want to use it on your PC then you have to sign in to Microsoft windows as Edu mail and there should be a correct version of preinstalled office as mentioned in browser office. And then you can try this on your pc.
But Instead of this, I will recommend you to simply use it in your browser because there is no guarantee for that. (it worked for some mails and not for some)

You cannot download any apps. You can only use this version of office online (via the browser).
I do not think so the outlook version of this office would work like the installed outlook on a pc. I never tried it.
